Ewulu Community Hails Hon. Patience Igbadi On Community Development  ………..Appeals to Governor Okowa to address Ewulu road.

EWULU COMMUNITY IN ANIOCHA -SOUTH LGA, DELTA STATE: The residents of Ewulu Community in Aniocha South Local Government Area (ASLGA) of Delta State have commended the Councillor representing Ewulu Ward in the Aniocha South Legislative House of the Local Government,  Hon. Patience Igbadi for the rehabilitation of the Ewulu earth road which has been in deplorable condition.

The Ewulu residents said the lawmaker road palliatives was timing because the raining season was in its peak and no other access road to the Community.

In her remarks,  the Leader of the ASLG Legislative House said was touched by the plight of her Community and decided to engage in self-help project using her personal money to engaged the services of grader, and sand filling some of the failed portion of the earth road.

While disclosing that it was part of her manifesto that from time to time she will be rehabilitating the earth road so as  to ensure that the people of Ewulu can  access Ogwashi-uku and other neighbouring towns pending when the State Government will finally hear their cries to fixed the Ewulu road, Hon. Igbadi noted that tha the lack of access road to Ewulu has made life very difficult for the agarian Community. .

Hon. Igbadi, a strong member of the Peoples Democratic Party enjoined residents  of Ewulu to exercise patience with Government over the delay in fixing the only access road. She said she was very sure that Governor Okowa’s massive Road Construction which has earned him the name “Road Master” would have long attended to the road if not for the global pandemic Covid-19 that has worsened world economic.

She  appealed to Governor Okowa to remember Ewulu Road which the past administration neglected inspite of her untapped resources  and other economic endowments in Ewulu land. “The long River Umomi with the best of fresh fishes in Ewulu can cater for the State if Government decides  to harness it.” Igbadi noted.

Commenting, Jude Okafor and John Ikem said that the road was usually unaccessable especially when raining season sets in. They both thanked Hon.  Igbadi for coming to their rescue in this year raining season. As all motorcyclists who commented expressed joy to their Councilor for the good job she is doing  in addressing some failed portion of the earth road.

While appealing to the Delta State Governor to keep to his stronger Delta Agenda mantra to the people of Ewulu by addressing the Ewulu  earth road whose condition calls for concern, the people  of Ewulu Community appreciated the kind gesture  of their illustrious daughter Hon. Patience Igbadi for keeping to her campaign promises.
